Verb (5-dan, す, transitive)
1. to roll; to wheel; to trundle; to drive (a car)
子どもたちがボールを転がして遊んでいる。The children are playing, rolling a ball around.
2. to turn over; to tip over; to throw down
相手の足を払って床に転がした。With a leg sweep, I sent my opponent tumbling to the floor.
3. to leave
仕方ないから、その辺に転がしておくか。Oh well, I guess I'll just leave it lying around there.
4. to buy and sell (quickly for a profit)
彼はマンションを転がして稼いでいる。He makes his money flipping condos.
