いいですね、心のこもった返事です。That's nice, a heartfelt reply.
3. to fill a space (of a gas, smell, etc.); to be heavy with (e.g. smoke); to be stuffy; to be dense
しかも、その服装では汗は全て内側にこもる。Moreover, with that outfit, all the sweat gets trapped inside.
4. to be muffled (e.g. of a voice)
微かに低くこもったエンジン音が混ざっている。A faint, low, muffled engine sound is mixed in.
