① 君主やその一族を冒瀆する行為により成立する犯罪。日本においては、天皇・皇族・神宮または皇陵に不敬の行為により成立する犯罪。（明治13年）7月17日に公布された刑法典、いわゆる旧刑法の第2編第1章の中に規定された。（昭和22年）廃止。
